Once the slides are created and fixed, you use a slide scanner to digitized them and then load them into the image database. This allows you to use the image viewer for reading, interpreting, and assessing.
Our software can utilize the digitalized images from any slide scanner, so feel free to choose the scanner you prefer.
You can then browse for and view the slides. For primary reads, the Pristima software can be used in parallel to enter the findings. For Peer Review, annotations and comparison to the primary pathology report can be done while examining the study slides. Following this, the results of the study are then inserted into the files that accompany your slides.
