The Position
In order to support its rapid growth Xybion is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate. This is a key position in a rapidly growing company with appropriate performance-based rewards and incentive programs to suit the high potential individual we are looking for.  Recent college graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Sales and Marketing management team, this individual will be responsible for:

• Creating concepts and managing staff/consultants to create necessary marketing programs and sales materials, including brochures, websites, standard mail and email promotions, white papers

• Manage sales and marketing through the Web, organize customer meetings, training, webinars and other marketing programs

Requirements:
In order to be successful, the candidate will need:

• A background in biological sciences or specific knowledge of the drug development process
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demonstrations and write project proposals; excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Demonstrated ability in creating marketing materials and managing marketing campaigns
• Flexibility to travel 25% to 50% of the time.  Our clients are in North America, Europe and Asia.
