Carlos brings strong leadership and vision to the development and delivery of Xybion's pre-clinical R&D solutions.  Since 1988, Carlos has had progressive experience in leading Xybion to its current market position.  In his present role as VP pre-clinical R&D Solutions, Carlos has P&L responsibility for all aspects of this line of business on behalf of Xybion Corporation.   As a strategic advisor to research facilities across the globe for over 20 years, Carlos brings a wealth of creativity, innovation, and experience to bring compliant, database-driven, software solutions for toxicology and pathology to our expanding client base. 

Carlos joined Xybion 1988 as a computer analyst and was a leader of the development team.  Through this experience, Carlos focused on developing solutions that matched specific client requirements.  His passion has always been quality and customer service excellence.  His drive to deliver an end-to-end pre-clinical R&D solution is reflected in our current market offerings.   

Carlos’s extensive background and experience in software development coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the toxicology laboratory gives Carlos a unique ability to understand the client’s requirements and to visualize and propose the solution.   Carlos' hands-on practical experience and outstanding leadership are essential to helping Xybion fulfill its mission as the number one provider of pre-clinical R&D solutions in the global marketplace.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
